- Immigration Pressures
Alejandro (Julio Torres) is an immigrant under pressure. He must find a new job to sponsor his visa extension within a month or face deportation. In addition, he isn't permitted to make money under his current visa until he finds a company willing to co-sign his work permit application. In reality, immigration is hard for the immigrant, but its also hard for the country receiving immigrants. Its hard to tell which immigrants would add value to the society and which ones would ruin the society.
The emphasis on immigration shrouds the responsibility of the powerful to provide reasonable standards of living to citizens around the world. If every leader was more responsible to its citizens, there'd be less immigration problems. The problem of immigration is also the subject of our movie review of The Immigrant.
- Ass Kissers
Uncanny Elizabeth (Tilda Swinton) offers Alejandro an opportunity that can lead to visa sponsorship, and Alejandro swings into ass kissing mode. Elizabeth ridiculously upsets a receptionists and Alejandro supports her ridiculous opinion. Our world is filled with ass kissers who turn the other way and let the innocent suffer just for a chance at the apple pie. Men who would watch a woman stripped naked and whipped mercilessly, because on Monday they would get a promotion at the office or a bank alert. Women who would watch lovers suffer enslavement and deprivation, because even if their treated like dogs, at least they'd get to live in a mansion and drive expensive cars. This intelligence of gaining benefits through ass kissing becomes foolishness when you realize the benefits are naturally supposed to be yours and the ass you are kissing is just being deceitful. Don't be an ass kisser, ass kissers ruin the world with their acceptance of wrongness.
- Scientific Priorities
The movie's sceneries show filth and homeless individuals on the streets to symbolize a world were much needs to be done to make things better, but the major scientific focus of the movie is an irrelevant jump into the future by some sought of deep freezing technology. This contrast between a problem filled world and a desire to jump into the future is a reference to a lack of proper priorities in the sciences. In reality there are many lapses in the sciences. As we gain more knowledge and technology for space exploration, we should also consider the development of social balance especially among third world countries. In acknowledgement of the DNA programming of man and the 13 Queen Mothers of humanity, there are various races whose innate contribution to the sciences still hasn't been brought to light due to lack of infrastructures and development programs. We shouldn't leap-frog or jump the gun in this human race because it is important to consider that proper flow and social balance is what sustains true development.
- Problem or Solution
Elizabeth is more concerned about putting her archaic database system in order, and she torments Alejandro with the tasks. At the Visa office the visa officer is burdened by his inability to communicate with Spanish speaking immigrants, and he solicits Alejandro's help and even offers him a job. However, Alejandro is more bothered by his visa application and how to get a co-sign sponsor. If Alejandro can help effectively in both of these instances, he would get all the support he needs to get a visa sponsor. In life, be a problem solver not a solution seeker, because problem solvers get solutions to their problems in return. Being a problem solver can happen perchance, just like in Alejandro's Spanish abilities. Being a problem solver can also be a purposeful venture, like a certification or technical skill. Its not just about having a problem solving ability, but actually being conscious of situations where such abilities can add value.
- The Powerless Ideator
Alejandro's toy ideas are stolen from his application at the Hasbro toy company. This serves as a symbolic acknowledgment of the powerless ideator in society. The idea birds with no wings to fly. There are many individuals who tell their idea to a friend, join a competition or submit an application but never get rewarded or compensated for the use of their idea. Even though such ideas are transformed into profitable ventures for the ideal thief. Our world and its acceptance of cheating, bonds of entrapment and the destruction of love is heavily tilted towards discriminating and cheating the powerless. Even if we consider commonly accepted system norms like the bonds of the 1st, we would understand the problems faced by angelics who are ideators or innovators. The imbalance in our world is becoming more obvious and we all need to take adequate measures to prevent the catastrophic fall of this human cycle. This is of paramount importance and urgency because we have a wrong perception of the concept of 'the end of the world'. In former cycles (see ebooks), the world ended long before it actually ended. A world that needs utopian structures or degenerates into interplanetary wars (star wars) is already heading to a catastrophic fall. Those situations are symbols of a broken balance that can never be regained, at such instances the world only becomes a ticking time bomb or an hour glass waiting to be destroyed.
There are rising cases of ADHD, Autism, and other concentration inhibiting ailments, which combined with the availability of Ai and content development technology, seems to suggest a synchronicity that favors the ideator. Our society lacks systems for the proper compensation of the ideator, and there are many who only have an ability to develop ideas. But just like in other aspects of our failed human race flow, you'd only notice the instances of our supposed blueprint programming if you have a heightened sense of awareness.
