- Adult Children
The kids in this movie are symbolized as children far more intelligent than children.
Have you ever been privileged to be in the company of awoken children? Oh boy, they might be small but they are sure to symbolize that they are your senior. Whether you like it or not!
They are sinisterly stubborn and they do things even adults would have a hard time comprehending. Born with a tendency to act unlovable and cruel, they are a challenge that would leave you feeling confused.
In reality, that is were the true social imbalances start. When an awoken and conscious child mingles with other children, there's a huge tendency for things to tilt in the favor of the conscious. By the time such children would be counting scores, the meek ones would still be fascinated by the occurrence of pubic hair (If you get my drift).
- A Simple Reason
The young women interviewed for the nanny position rant on an on about their impeccable abilities with children and their joy at the opportunity.
Like most interviewees, it's a learned script not an actual statement of fact. The truth about job seekers is basic and simple. They need money and they're willing to work for it.
- The Feminine Struggle
Rebecca Jessel (Tahirah Sharif) mentions her struggles trying to become a barrister while being sexually harassed by men, instead of a proper acknowledgement of her intellectual abilities.
It's the same old complain of discriminating women from STEM, top management, and political decision making positions. This problems are all a consequence of the objectification of women through methods like nude dancing and sexual entrapments.
Those sexually degrading acts and entrapments are the root causes of societal collapse. When what is meant for all is coveted by a few the consequence is a loss of respect for the feminine gender.
It's okay to add spice and variety to your love life, and it's delightful to watch a strip tease, but why must our females be compulsorily bonded to such degrading acts to please an army of potential zombies. Who would then be willing to fight and kill for the rights and privileges of more nudity. Its a vicious never ending cycle, and yet we wonder why matrimony and fertility rates have gone down! The women are silently tired of raising slaves, because they are bonded to not complain.
- Ghosts and Human Failure
The ghosts all have a story. A story of failing to complete the sequences of their lives in shocking or violent events.
In reality, we fail to complete the proper sequences of our social development because we accept things that go against justice and love. We cheat, oppress, discriminate, and enslave the weak. Forgetting that they also have a role to play in our social process. This failure leaves us stuck in a repetitive cycle, like groundhog day or deja vu occurrences. This point was also discussed in our review of 'Wednesday'.
- Don't Disrespect The Help
After multiple slaps and insults, Perdita (Katie Parker) succumbs to her inner demons and murders her sister, Viola (Kate Siegel).
There are two lessons we can learn from these scenes. The first one is 'don't disrespect the help or servant' because your life could be in their hands. The second lessons is 'don't bottle up your anger' because it could lead you to commit heinous crimes, just like Perdita.
It is important to express yourself assertively so that people can respect your feelings and boundaries or else everyone would take you for a ride. Bottled up emotions are one of the ways serial killers and psychos build the steam that's behind their horror stories. The 'no one ever loved or respected me excuse'. For example the 'Joker'.
- Finding Love Again
Dani (Victoria Pedretti) makes the most beautiful proposal to her lesbian lover, Jamie (Amelia Eve).
Gay lovers themes are becoming common place in society. Once, considered a taboo and illegal but it is now portrayed and promoted in mainstream media including kids programs.
In social reality, why the men are learning how to get comfy in G-strings, the women are becoming expert seamstresses with the scissors. Although it might seem odd, finding love in whatever fashion is beautiful and admirable. However, somewhere inside most of us a small voice whispers in protest 'you all need to find true love again'.
