- Be Mindful of Consequences
Jeff (Miles Teller) is on a sentence due to a DUI mistake. He was partying, got drunk, and drove into a tree, killing his companions. This symbolizes that it is important to look beyond the thrill of the moment and see the consequences of potential mistakes.
This is especially true in our world were people who hate and antagonize you can pretend to be your friend. People bonded to ensure you are deprived can pretend to help you gain joy, only to set you up with a bad experience and abandon you to the consequences. Be mindful of consequences.
- Unethical Problem
The device that transmits the control command to inmates in the research facility is fixed on their lower back. It symbolizes the early stages of bonding man with machine. Such unethical scientific processes arose out of greed and misdirection, just like we have reviewed in several previous issues and our eBooks.
This author who has suffered several intimidations and oppression from spiritual bond commands has a scar on the very point the device is located in this movie. The scar with no history, supernaturally appeared recently, and it is one of the many pain points listed in our eBook, for transmitting bond floggings which are used to oppress, intimidate, and enslave people. This scar is in addition to scars on the author's forehead and neck (Matrix plug area) which supernaturally appeared. The consequences of such illicit command abilities include grown women stripping naked in public and grown men fighting and killing themselves.
This symbolism is in line with our claim that everything humanity can create physically was already spiritually carried by the Gods of the beginning and we are all reincarnations of the Gods, carrying those abilities through time and in the hope that we can create a stable balanced physical world with their transmuted abilities (See eBooks).
In ethical practice, science for the future must follow due process, but only if we can all overcome the bonds of wrongness (See eBooks). For example, understanding nerve points should lead to the creation of drugs that activate enzymes or cells which reinforce the building, defending, or protecting abilities of cells that control the nerve point, not a direct insertion of wires, which in itself carries some spiritual or bonded wrongness.
- Boundaries
Jeff bursts in on a section Steve (Chris Hemsworth) is having with Heather (Tess Haubrich). Jeff hopes to make his grievances known, but Steve takes him to the cleaners with a fine expository on the importance of mutual respect and boundaries.
In reality, it is important to respect people's space and boundaries. Even the powerful need to respect the rights of the weak towards living with dignity. We are after all labeled 'an higher species of animals'. Isn't it, then, bothersome how enslavements and brutality still occur like norms?
Whether it is a woman acting like a dog or going nude or a man acting violently or barbaric, we are losing touch with the established image of a higher species. Respect people's rights and the world would be a better place for everyone.
- The Corruption
The movie symbolizes the abilities of some people to command and control others. Inmates at the research facility who are mildly attracted to each other are randomly commanded to fall widely in love with each other.
These scenes symbolize the imbalances and problems that can arise when the natural flow of things are derailed, corrupted, or converted to the selfish purposes of a few.
- Sympathetic Betrayals
Steve misleads Jeff and the other inmates into believing he's offering them a better chance, but in truth he's just working for his own financial gain.
In reality, it's better, to keep your sadness and situations to yourself, than fall into the hands of sympathetic betrayals. People who would take advantage of your situation for their own purposes. For example, you might be broke while explaining your situation to someone looking for a slave, which only means you are presenting yourself as a likely victim.
